Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. If you‘re looking to ship outside of these countries, please get in touch with our team at care@coastlines.co or chat with us online.

Generally orders day 24-48 hours to ship out. Once they have been shipped they will have the following transit time via Ground services:

West Coast: 1 - 3 days
Midwest: 2 - 4 days
East Coast: 4 - 6 days

Orders placed after midday on a Friday, anytime on a Saturday, Sunday, or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

The times above are approximate delivery times and exclude courier delays, processing times, and public holidays. All shipments are tracked.

Shipping is free on all orders in the continental United States and Canada!

This does not include any international orders.

We do offer expedited services with rates provided by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Here at Coastlines, we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases on this site. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange any products within thirty (30) days of the receipt of your purchase. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. If you wish to return a product, then it must:

Be returned within ten (30) days of receipt of your purchase.Be like new and not damaged. Have all tags still attached. Be sent back in its original packaging.

Coastlines will exchange your product once we have received your return. Please email care@coastlines.co with an exchange request.

Purchasers are responsible for shipping charges on items that are exchanged. Exchanges may be made on items of equal value only, not including shipping charges.

Coastlines will begin processing your refund once we have received your returned item(s).
Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days from the receipt of your return.
Coastlines will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used from the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one to two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the credit card company that you use.

Our Coastlines Head Office is based out of Auckland, New Zealand, though we have distribution in another 20 markets across North America, Europe, and Asia to help our customers on the ground globally.

Sustainability isn’t just a buzz word here at Coastlines, it’s part of our fabric and it’s reflected through the way we design everything we do. Aside from designing products that last, they are built to be fully repairable, with the intention to repair them wherever we can and to avoid ending up in landfills. 

We also take sustainability measures when it comes to our packaging, sourcing fully recyclable carton boxes, that are strong and sturdy enough to be re-used.
