We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 in the United States. Products will ship within one business day of order confirmation via UPS. Tracking number will be provided if available. Once your order has shipped Coastlines is not responsible for shipping delays especially during high-volume times around the holidays. Coastlines is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages once UPS has marked it delivered.
For expedited shipping, it will still be fulfilled in one business day so even though we try we can’t promise that your order will ship same day.
For any international orders (not USA) the rates are calculated off your ship to address. Coastlines will not be responsible for import fees & duties, please check your country's rates before purchasing.
RIGHT FIT POLICY
At Coastlines our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your wetsuit. If an item you have received is not sized as you had hoped, please let us know straight away by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include as much detail as possible about your problem(s) with the wetsuit, this way we can find the best solution for you. You will have 30 days for a FREE size exchange if your wetsuit doesn’t fit for all orders shipping within the Continental US (suit must be unused and in new condition).
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- include the original packaging
We reserve the right to inspect all exchanges for signs of wear. We will have sole discretion in the final determination of exchange eligibility. Orders outside of the Continental US will be responsible for paying all exchange shipping costs. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
You will have 30 days to return your unused wetsuit for a full refund minus a $5 restocking fee with FREE return shipping within the Continental US. Contact email@example.com to begin the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect all returns for signs of sand and wear. We will have sole discretion in the final determination of return eligibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
If returning from outside the Continental US you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs from Coastlines to you are non-refundable.
